Having graduated from the University of Portsmouth with an MSc in Criminology and Criminal Justice, Harri currently works in the Women's Voluntary and Community sector as an Independent Domestic Violence Advocate alongside freelance writing and research. She is interested in politics, media perceptions of violence and terrorism and how policy translates into practice, especially with regard to women in the criminal justice process.
