CRAVE: A Stroll to Versailles Treatment

Posted in Body Conscious » Crave » by :: May 25, 2009

hotel-georges-vThe Hotel Georges V is one of the most luxurious places to stay in Paris and where better to go and be  pampered than their award-winning spa? If you’ve €350 to spare, the “Stroll to Versailles” treatment package is beyond indulgence. It’s inspired by Madame “Let them eat cake” herself after all. Two and a half hours of treatments have been designed to reflect the beauty rituals of Marie Antoinette, beginning with a steamed orange blossom body scrub – perfect preparation for sunning yourself on Zplage at Cannes, or lunching at Club 55 in Saint Tropez. Next comes a relaxing massage with warm shea butter which is what your body is probably crying out for after a couple of hours of retail therapy on Avenue Montaigne. The treatment concludes with a milky facial, also inspired by L’Autrichienne’s beauty secrets. This should leave you fresh-faced and ready to hit Hotel Costes or Le Baron for a couple of cocktails.

A Stroll to Versailles Treatment package. 2.5 hours – €350.
