If anyone can show us how to do the walk of shame in style, it’s Mr Marc Jacobs. At the Louis Vuitton Autumn/Winter 2013 show, models stepped out of the boudoir and onto the catwalk in printed silk pyjamas and sensual lace chemise slips with mannish overcoats in tweed and plaid thrown carelessly over the bedroom attire. If you’re stumbling home after a night on the tiles, this is what to wear..

Do Something New
Trying something new and shaking up the routine makes us feel reinvigorated and inspired about life - and ourselves. Often it seems that we focus on talking about giving things up - rather than thinking about challenging ourselves and doing something different or new. It’s easy to tell people that you’re going to do something - but the distance between stating your intention and actually DOING IT can seem like a stretch.
Writing poetry, brushing up your French, reading more (rather than crashing out in front of whatever’s on the stupid box) or starting to run regularly - how about if there was an easy, no-commitment way to do something new? TED‘s ideas are always worth spreading, and this short video proves that making changes and trying new things can be very straightforward indeed.

Happy Birthday Chloe!
To celebrate its 60th anniversary, Chloé has brought back a selection of items from the archives… Previous designers for the brand have included Uncle Karl, Stella McCartney and Phoebe Philo, so there’s no doubt that the ‘greatest hits’ collection is a sure-fire winner.
Our favourites? Stella’s Ananas tee (from 2001), Karl’s 1979 black suede Éventail clutch and Phoebe Philo’s 1970′s style high-waisted jeans. And we’ll probably be eating toast next month having splurged on Phoebe’s 2004 retro-inspired paisley scarf…

The Noblest Roman of Them All
Released in the UK this weekend, documentary Caesar Must Die was a worthy winner of the Golden Bear award at the Berlin Film Festival - judged by a panel which included Mike Leigh. Directed by brothers Paolo and Vittorio Taviani, the film features actual inmates of Rome’s Rebibbia prison rehearsing for a performance of a play about “the noblest Roman of them all’ - Julius Caesar. How can Shakespeare’s words have any relevance to criminals serving life sentences, you might ask. Human nature, society and violence; Caesar Must Die forces viewers to think about how life imitates art - and vice versa.

Get Your Run On
With temperatures staying low, you’ll need to stay warm, and visible, on your runs. Here’s a round up of some of the best winter running gear.
“I wondered the other day. Does anyone still have friends not using an iPhone 5? Judging children’s abilities by standardised exams denies them their unique individuality and the expression of their culturally distinct identities. The problem is that we’re always competing instead of working together.”
If you’re a Guardian reader, you’ll probably find this quite amusing.
